Vicky Davidson is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in developmental disabilities and emergency management. Currently serving as the Secretary on the Board of the National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities and as a member of the Board of Directors for Missouri Protection & Advocacy, Vicky has also held the position of Executive Director at the Missouri Developmental Disabilities Council since August 2012. Vicky's prior experience includes managing the Emergency Operations Coordination Unit at the Center for Emergency Response and Terrorism, focusing on emergency preparedness for public health crises, as well as serving as Program Manager for the Missouri Planning Council for Developmental Disabilities, where Vicky led initiatives on emergency preparedness for individuals with disabilities. Vicky holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, Guidance, and Counseling from Lincoln University, graduating with honors.
