Betty Lea, MBA has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Betty'smost recent position was with the National Association of Colleges and Employers, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, they worked for The Multi-Agency Alliance for Children as the Chief Finance & Operations Officer, where they were responsible for developing and delivering financial strategies for the organization. Before that, they held positions at Creative Community Services as a Finance & HR Assistant, Lanier Worldwide as an Executive Assistant Human Resources, Van Buskirk & Associates as a Legal Assistant, and Rich's as a Retail Sales Associate. Throughout their career, Betty has demonstrated strong financial management skills and has contributed to the success of each organization they have worked for.

Betty Lea holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Betty also completed their Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management & Accounting at DeVry University.
