Stephanie Pallante

Stephanie Pallante has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Manager of University Recruitment & Relations at Cigna Healthcare. In addition, Stephanie has held various leadership roles within the National Association of Colleges and Employers, including Past Chair, Chair, and President-Elect, as well as Vice President of Employer. Prior experience also includes serving as Associate Director of North American Recruitment at PPD and AVP of Campus Recruiting & Early Talent Programs at Aramark. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Kutztown University.
