Valon Bucaliu

Valon Bucaliu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, innovation, and development strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Innovation and Development Strategy at Nacew since December 2021, Valon supports digital product solutions that enhance customer engagement and optimize sales channels. As a Co-Founder of Mission Essential since 2016, Valon also held various roles including Linguist at Supportium Group and CEO/Voice Solution Engineer at Supportium, a provider of top VOIP solutions. Prior roles include AT&T Solution Lead at Kosbit, Linguist at Global Linguist Solutions and Northrop Grumman, and IT Manager at FAMA College. Valon holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with Informatics from the University of Prishtina.
