Nacha
Nick Hamadé has extensive work experience in technology leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer at Nacha, where they are responsible for technology strategy, delivery planning, and execution. Prior to this, they worked as an IT consultant and advisor, assisting crowd-funding and small technology businesses in breaking down silo barriers and implementing APIs for commercial applications. Nick also held a Senior Vice President position at U.S. Bank, where they led the modernization strategy for the back office payment platform. Nick has also held leadership positions at Sage, Capital One, and Sallie Mae, where they played a key role in implementing innovative technology solutions and driving continuous improvement.
Nick Hamadé has a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from The George Washington University. Nick also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the Francel Institute and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Software Engineering from ECPI University.

Nacha governs the thriving ACH Network, the payment system that drives safe, smart, and fast Direct Deposits and Direct Payments with the capability to reach all U.S. bank and credit union accounts. More than 29 billion ACH Network payments were made in 2021, valued at close to $73 trillion. Through problem-solving and consensus-building among diverse payment industry stakeholders, Nacha advances innovation and interoperability in the payments system. Nacha develops rules and standards, provides industry solutions, and delivers education, accreditation, and advisory services.
