Raivis Nikitins

Raivis Nikitins has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Raivis is currently the Co-founder and Business Development Executive at Naco Technologies, where they focus on innovative PVD coating technology for Fuel Cells and Electrolysers. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Advisor at InLable, where they were involved in developing a "Physical Blockchain" Platform for manufacturers. Raivis also served as a Venture Entrepreneurial Partner at Commercialization Reactor, supporting technology start-ups in validating and commercializing their ideas. Raivis has also worked as a Business Development Advisor for various companies and as the Co-Founder and CEO of Adaplab Oil&Gas Ltd., where they were responsible for technology commercialization strategy and developing partnerships. Raivis has also held roles at Riga Technical University, Pogritech, and SoOpTech. Overall, Raivis has gained expertise in business development, commercialization, and strategic partnerships in various industries.

Raivis Nikitins completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Biznesa augstskola Turība, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they participated in the Commercialization Reactor program from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Technology Start-up development.
