Wanda Sanchez

Wanda Sanchez is a seasoned professional in claims and risk management with extensive experience in the insurance and maritime industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Claims & Risk Management at Nacora International Insurance Brokers since March 2019, Wanda leads the North America Region Cargo Legal Liability claim service center, overseeing all aspects of claims handling while ensuring exceptional customer service. Prior roles include Marine Liability Claim Analyst, where Wanda investigated and processed cargo liability claims, and Manager of Cargo Claims & Loss Prevention at MOL (America) Inc., where management of a claims administration team and resolution of high-value claims were key responsibilities. Wanda began the career in cargo claims and loss prevention, developing expertise in claims handling and third-party recovery in various markets throughout the Americas and Latin America. Wanda holds a degree in Technical Management with a focus in Accounting from DeVry University, completed in 2009.
