Toryalai Helali

Toryalai Helali is an experienced full stack developer currently working at NACS since July 2023. Prior to this role, Toryalai served as a Senior Full Stack (.NET) developer at EY from May 2022 to June 2023 and held the position of Senior Information Technology Specialist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan from April 2019 to August 2021. Additional experience includes working as an ICT/Software Developer Officer at Management Systems International from November 2018 to March 2019 and as a System Developer at the Ministry of Education from January 2012 to December 2018. Toryalai also worked as an ICT/ERP Expert at EY between June 2016 and May 2018. Toryalai holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from Kabul Polytechnic University, obtained in January 2012.
