Josh Naramore is currently the Senior Program Manager for Policy at the National Association of City Transportation Officials, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Josh served as the Mobile GR Director for the City of Grand Rapids from February 2016 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 100 personnel and managing a $30 million annual budget, focusing on mobility innovation and safety advocacy. Josh's earlier experience includes serving as the Transportation Studies Manager at the Northeastern Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency and as a Senior Transportation Planner at Metro, with a foundation in intergovernmental relations as an Intergovernmental Specialist for the Florida Department of Transportation. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Environmental Policy and Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington.
