Katsiaryna Tabakina is an experienced finance and administration professional with a strong background in grant management and program budgeting. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Finance and Administration at NACTO since August 2018, Katsiaryna oversees program budgets and develops proposals and financial reports for funders.
