Jami has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. spanning over 15 years, where they held various managerial and leadership roles in the Global Medical Affairs department. Jami holds a PhD in Biomedical Science - Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from UNT Health Science Center, an MBA from Texas Christian University, and a BA in Chemistry from Austin College.
