The Nadaburg Board of Education, faculty, and staff have set high expectations to prepare every student with the skill sets requisite to be successful in the 21st century, while at the same time promoting 19th century values such as honesty, compassion, hard work, punctuality, teamwork, courage and leadership. 
 
Our Mission is to graduate all students with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and ethics necessary to succeed in the colleges/careers of their choice. As a result of their schooling, all students will be able to demonstrate linguistic, mathematical, cultural, scientific, technological, ecological and economic literacy, as well as civility. The Educational Support Team at Nadaburg Unified School District #81 collaborates to enhance student learning and development by providing specialized support and innovative instructional strategies. The Speech Language Pathologist addresses communication needs, the Curriculum Technologist/Project Manager integrates technology to improve curriculum delivery, the Multi Classroom Leader/Instructional Coach mentors teachers for effective teaching practices, the Special Education Teacher offers tailored educational plans for students with special needs, and the Elementary Educator delivers foundational education to young learners. Together, they ensure all students are equipped with the skills and values needed for success in the 21st century.
