Umer Tariq

Umer Tariq is a Deputy Director of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) at NADRA, where they strengthen security governance and resilience. Previously, Umer held the position of Regional InfoSec Lead for South Asia at the British Council and served as an Associate GRC Specialist at Teradata. Umer earned a Master’s degree in Information Security from Ripah International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Arid Agriculture, Rawalpindi. They hold various professional certifications, including CISSP, CISM, and CISA.
