Catherine Viglione

Catherine Viglione possesses extensive experience in member engagement, conference management, and educational initiatives, currently serving as Director of Member Engagement & Conferences at the National Association of Electrical Distributors since April 2016. Prior roles at Monsanto included Distribution Strategy Manager, where Catherine directed dealer enrichment strategies for over 4,500 locations, and Strategic Sourcing Champion, leading projects that resulted in significant cost savings. Catherine's career began at Marriott International, where a variety of managerial roles encompassed catering operations, event management, and hotel general management. Academic credentials include MBA and Master’s in Agricultural Economics from Indiana University and Purdue University, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Missouri.
