Rory Nesmith Csp

Rory Nesmith CSP, QEP is a seasoned compliance manager at NAES since November 2025. Prior to this role, Rory served as a regional HSE - environmental expert at RHI Magnesita from May 2012 to November 2025, where the focus was on developing health, safety, and environmental solutions to enhance organizational performance across USA operations and the NAM region. Rory's career began at Earth Engineering Incorporated from June 2001 to May 2012 as a project manager and field geologist, managing projects related to earthwork and foundations while conducting field testing. Rory holds a B.S. in Geo-Environmental Studies from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
