Naff is an AI-powered fitness & health-tech startup built to solve one of the most overlooked problems in fitness: long-term consistency and client retention.

While most fitness platforms focus on workouts and tracking, Naff focuses on behavior, personalization, and sustainable habits.

We help certified fitness trainers and coaches manage their clients online, personalize training programs at scale, and increase client lifetime value (LTV) through AI-driven insights and adaptive planning.

Our platform combines:

AI-powered personalization for training programs

Behavior-focused product design to reduce drop-offs

Trainer-first tools for scalable online coaching

A B2B2C model that benefits both coaches and end users

Naff is designed for a new generation — where attention spans are shorter, routines are unstable, and motivation alone is not enough. We believe fitness should adapt to people’s lives, not the other way around.

Our mission is to augment human coaching with AI, not replace it — helping trainers build sustainable businesses and helping people stay healthy long-term.

Currently building and validating in Uzbekistan, with a long-term vision to scale across MENA and global markets.
