Every claim we send a label is backed by the agreement, the registration and the numbers. We find the money, prove it, then collect it. Clients are never pitched on hope.

We recover and administer, we never take ownership. Our clients keep their masters, their credits and their income streams. We only get paid when they get paid.

Clients see every statement, every rate and every collection in their portal, with periodic reporting that shows exactly what was found, what was collected and what is still open. No black box, no surprises.

Every dollar a label or distributor owes our clients gets chased, whether it is a small line item on a record more than 25 years old or a six-figure true-up. If nobody else will file the claim, follow up and escalate, we will.

Royalty Masters LLC is a master royalty recovery and administration firm built for music producers, mixers, engineers and songwriters. We find unpaid and unclaimed recording royalties, prove them, and collect them from labels and distributors in any territory, then administer the catalog going forward with transparent periodic reporting and a dedicated client portal. Clients keep full ownership of their rights.

Services include no-cost catalog audits, statement audits that check every song and rate against the agreement, label registrations and follow-ups, in-house legal escalation of unpaid claims, off-cycle payout requests, clearance of records missing agreements, and catalog acquisition advisory for owners weighing a sale.

We partner directly with creatives and the teams around them (managers, lawyers, business managers and publishers) to turn missing royalties into found revenue. To date Royalty Masters has collected more than $9 million across 100+ producers and 80+ administered catalogs, with credits spanning 14 Grammy winners, 46 Billboard number ones and 314 Gold or Platinum records.

Our mission is simple: we collect what others won't.

Executive Leadership

The A&R and outreach team finds producers, mixers, engineers and songwriters with unclaimed recording royalties, runs first contact and intro calls, and brings new clients into Royalty Masters. Every signed client is handed to operations with a clean file ready for the audit.

A&R & Client Acquisition

Operations runs the client lifecycle from signed agreement to paid royalty: onboarding, label registrations, letters of direction, statement intake, the client portal and periodic reporting. The team keeps every open case moving with labels and distributors and makes sure clients can see exactly where their money stands.

Operations Management

The audit and forensics group reviews every label and distributor statement against the client's agreement, finds underpayments, missing accounts and unregistered records, and builds the claims that get escalated to labels. This is where the money gets found and proven before it gets collected.
