Alia Brand

Alia Brand is an experienced music educator and arts advocate with a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Currently serving as a Music Assistant at Colorado Children's Chorale since February 2022 and as the Jazz Area Representative for the MSU Denver Chapter of the National Association for Music Education since August 2021, Alia also holds leadership roles in St. Vrain Valley Schools as a Director, Group Lead Teacher, and Program Aide since May 2018. Additionally, Alia works as a Sales Team Lead and Sales Floor Stylist at francesca’s® and provides respite care at Angels Family. Alia’s prior experience includes serving as a Skate Guard for the City of Longmont from December 2016 to December 2019.
