Scott Sheehan currently serves as the NAfME Immediate Past President and has held the position of National President at the National Association for Music Education since June 2022. In addition to this role, Scott has been the Director of Bands and Music Department Chair at Hollidaysburg Area School District since June 2005, overseeing various musical ensembles and teaching multiple courses, including AP Music Theory and Fundamentals of Guitar. Scott holds a Master of Education in Music Teacher Education from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Music Teacher Education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
