Elane Granger Carrasco, Ph.D. has extensive experience in international education and cross-cultural programming. Elane currently serves as President of the Fulbright Association CNY Chapter and as Associate Director at Syracuse University's Slutzker International Center. Elane has previously worked as a Resident Director at New York University, overseeing educational trips, curriculum, and cultural acclimation for students in Madrid. Elane holds a Ph.D. in Colonial Latin America from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Illinois Chicago.
