Additionally, involvement with Florida International University as Study Abroad Manager occurred from December 1999 to October 2002. Tatiana's educational background includes a Master of Science in International and Intercultural Development Education from Florida International University, alongside various certifications in diversity and inclusion, executive coaching, and leadership training.
