Tatiana MacKliff

Tatiana Mackliff serves as the Deputy Executive Director for Leadership and Professional Development Services at NAFSA: Association of International Educators since September 2018. Previously, Tatiana held the position of Executive Director of International Education at Miami Dade College from September 2014 to September 2018. Extensive experience includes roles at the Institute of International Education from November 2002 to September 2014, where responsibilities ranged from Division Director of Global Teacher Programs to Program Director of Fulbright Teacher Exchange Programs. Additionally, involvement with Florida International University as Study Abroad Manager occurred from December 1999 to October 2002. Tatiana's educational background includes a Master of Science in International and Intercultural Development Education from Florida International University, alongside various certifications in diversity and inclusion, executive coaching, and leadership training.
