Currently serving as Senior Development Project Manager at Naftali Group since 2021, Julian has overseen notable projects such as The Bellemont Condo and The Henry Condo in New York City. Prior to this role, Julian was a Senior Development Manager at Greenland USA, where responsibilities included the Pacific Park Mixed-Use Development in Brooklyn. Julian's career began at Turner Construction Company as a Construction Project Manager, contributing to projects including the Rockefeller River Campus and the Barnard Milstein Center. Julian holds a Postgraduate degree in Real Estate Development & Planning from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science (Construction Management) from Queensland University of Technology, complemented by a foundational education at Brisbane Grammar School.
