Matt Kraus

Matt Kraus is an accomplished engineering professional with significant expertise in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at NAG Marine since February 2024, Matt has previously held the same title at Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) from February 2022 to February 2024. Prior experience includes leadership as Branch Head and various engineering positions, including Mechanical Engineer and Engineering Trainee, at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division from September 2008 to February 2022, as well as an Engineering Trainee role at Checkpoint Systems from September 2007 to March 2008. Matt holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Penn State University (2014-2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University (2006-2011).
