Lim Kai Hong Terence has accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality and gaming industries, currently serving as a Player Services Executive in Mass & Premium Mass Marketing and previously in a Loyalty Executive role at NagaWorld since December 2018. Prior to this, Lim held multiple positions at Genting Malaysia Berhad from January 2010 to November 2018, including Senior Guest Services Assistant for VIP Reservations, Guest Services Assistant for VIP Reservations, and Guest Services Assistant for Membership Services. Lim is a graduate of Tunku Abdul Rahman High School, having obtained a High School Diploma in Economics from 2006 to 2008.
