Michelle Tham

Michelle Tham has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Michelle started their career as an Event Services Coordinator/Executive at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2006. Michelle then worked as an Assistant Sales Manager at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Business Development Manager - MICE at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. In Hilton Worldwide, they held various positions including Assistant Director of Sales, Groups Conference & Events from 2011 to 2015 and Assistant Director of Sales - MICE (National Sales Office) from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working as the Director of Business Development, Hotel Sales at NagaWorld since July 2019.

Michelle Tham completed their education beginning in high school, although the specific dates are unknown. Michelle then went on to attend Sunway University College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism. Afterward, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree at Victoria University, specializing in Marketing and International Tourism as a double major.
