Nika Hor

Nika HOR is a seasoned professional in the fields of training and development, with extensive experience at NagaWorld since February 2016 as a Senior Executive in Training & Development following a role as Executive in Learning & Development. Responsibilities include conducting lessons, delivering training on English Language and Quality Guest Service, managing HR projects, and overseeing onboarding programs. Prior to NagaWorld, Nika held positions at PSE-Pour un Sourire d'enfant from April 2014 to January 2016, serving as a Quality Assurance Officer and English Language Trainer, which involved enhancing school operations and teaching English classes. Additional experience includes a training role at the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in November 2011. Nika holds Bachelor's degrees in English Literature and Accounting from the Institute of Foreign Languages and Vanda Institute of Accounting, respectively.
