Cristina Ozunu

Cristina Ozunu has been with Nagarro since February 2004, holding the positions of Director of Software Development and Delivery Manager, demonstrating expertise in managing project delivery across the automotive, retail, and public sectors. Responsibilities include leading project managers, overseeing development and AMS projects to ensure high customer satisfaction, managing budgets, and building client relationships. As a certified PMP, Cristina has successfully managed large programs, involving global teams and maintaining project documentation while employing agile methods. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Developer and Consultant at Mirella GmbH and CEC Bank, respectively. Cristina holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca and a Master's degree in Finance from Babes-Bolyai University.
