Jack Clemons

Jack Clemons is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and holds an M.A. from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. He is an independent advisor with extensive international experience in finance, strategy, and corporate governance. He previously served as CEO and CFO of the Bata Group and began his career as an auditor and later partner at Deloitte. For Nagarro, he brings broad expertise in group finance, risk management, international reporting, and ESG governance.

He is considered an independent member of the Supervisory Board within the meaning of the German Corporate Governance Code.
