Kapil Nagpal

Kapil Nagpal serves as the Managing Director for the US Public Sector at Nagarro since September 2002, where responsibilities have included roles such as Vice President & Head and Vice President of Customer Solutions. Kapil has also held various positions in delivery and sales throughout the tenure at Nagarro. In addition to work at Nagarro, Kapil has been a member of the Advisory Board for Design Thinking at the Rutgers Center for Innovation Education since January 2019. Previously, Kapil worked as a Software Engineer at Hughes Software Systems from June 2001 to September 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, completed in 2001, and a High School diploma from New Era Public School, completed in 1996.
