Mark Felcansmith

Mark FelcanSmith is a seasoned professional in user experience design, currently serving as the Global Director and Head of User Experience at ResMed since March 2021. With a focus on enhancing outcomes for patients and providers through innovative IoT-enabled healthcare solutions, Mark leads a global UX practice across North America, Belgium, and Australia. Previously, Mark held significant roles including Director of Experience Design at Kohl's Department Stores and Director of User Experience at Walgreens, where strategic responsibilities encompassed comprehensive customer journeys and integrated retail experiences. In addition to consulting as a Design Advisor since August 2020 and participating as a member of the Design Leadership Forum, Mark has a robust background in managing user experience initiatives across various organizations, including Allstate, Sears Holdings Corp., and Pathfinder. Educational credentials include a BA in Liberal Arts from Columbia College Chicago, along with studies at Illinois State University and Sherwood Music Conservatory.
