Naren Kumar

Naren Kumar is an experienced professional in global mobility and compliance, currently serving as Associate Director at Nagarro since September 2016, where responsibilities include leading the Global Mobility compliance team and managing secondment arrangements across Central Europe and Asia Pacific. Naren has been instrumental in establishing policies and streamlining processes to address challenges in international taxation, local employment, and immigration, among others. Prior to Nagarro, Naren held managerial positions at Huawei Technologies India focusing on direct taxation and global mobility, and at Deloitte and KPMG India, specializing in global mobility. Naren is a Chartered Accountant, having completed education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2004 and 2007.
