Paul Negoescu

Paul Negoescu is a distinguished software engineer and community lead at Nagarro, specializing in front-end development with a focus on scalable web applications utilizing React and Next. With extensive experience in technical training and mentorship through roles at AgileHub and The Informal School of IT, Paul has successfully trained over 200 individuals in software development. As managing partner at Beyond Code Solutions, Paul has delivered numerous training sessions in web development, impacting students of diverse backgrounds. Previous leadership roles at iQuest Group included head of web technologies and managed services, where Paul oversaw department growth and managed staffing, while earlier experience as a web developer at SC Decsoft SRL involved leading projects and adopting multiple web technologies. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Automatics and Applied Informatics from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
