Vinay Sharma

Vinay Sharma has a comprehensive background in technology and management, currently serving as Partner and Director at Nagarro since July 2017, where responsibility includes leading a large team of about 350 individuals and managing multi-million dollar engagements. Prior to Nagarro, Vinay held the position of Senior Manager in Program and Product Management at FirstRain until its acquisition in 2017, with a focus on big data analytics. Vinay's earlier experience includes roles at Adobe as Senior Program Manager, where duties involved planning globalization for various products, and positions at AgreeYa Solutions and Mindfire Solutions as a UI Developer. Vinay began a career in IT at the Petroleum Federation of India as Assistant Director (Systems), creating and managing the organization's website. Educational qualifications include a PGCBM from XLRI Jamshedpur, an Advanced Project Management Certificate from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, along with a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
