Timothy J. Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2002, they worked as a Marketing Associate at Waltenstein Records. From 2004 to 2007, they served as a Sales Account Manager at AT&T, managing both B2B and B2C sales efforts in the Philadelphia market.

In 2007, Williams became the Marketing Manager at Solar Atmospheres, Inc., where they stayed until 2011. During this time, they spearheaded marketing initiatives for the company.

From 2011 to 2013, Williams worked at General Mills as a Business Planner, focusing on brands such as Cheerios, Yoplait, and Green Giant. Timothy J. also played a role in developing e-commerce and store-to-door platforms.

In 2013, Williams started their own consulting business, offering services in Marketing Strategy and Planning. Timothy J. provided strategic guidance and market insights to small businesses, helping them optimize their product mix, market entry strategy, and customer lifecycle improvements.

Following their role as a consultant, Williams joined Airgas in 2014 as a Sr. Segment Marketing Manager, overseeing segmentation and campaign strategy. Timothy J. also contributed to marketing and sales channel optimization and led solution-based initiatives.

Next, Williams worked at Arkema from 2017 to 2018 as a Digital Marketing lead, guiding the company's digital transformation and marketing activities. Timothy J. focused on conversion optimization and innovation in marketing across the customer journey.

In 2018, Williams held the position of Vice President Marketing at Infinite Material Solutions.

Currently, Williams is at Nagase America, where they have held multiple roles. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Global Marketing & Strategy lead, responsible for setting the strategic marketing vision and overseeing various marketing and strategic activities. Since 2019, they have been the Vice President Global Marketing, driving alignment to long-term business and marketing imperatives and managing a sizeable team and budget at the $8 billion corporation with a global presence.

Timothy J. Williams holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2021. Timothy J. also completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a focus on Strategy, Leadership, and Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Timothy obtained the "Leadership in the 21st Century" certification from Wharton Online in October 2021 and the "SOSTAC® Certified Planner" certification from the SOSTAC® Planning Certification Program in December 2018.
