Kim Miyanji

Kim Miyanji is the Head of Strategic HR at Nagel-Group, where they also hold the title of Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding and Head of Organisation Design & Recruiting. Prior to their current role, Kim was a Corporate Strategy Manager at Nagel-Group. Before joining Nagel-Group, Kim was a Consultant at ScMI Scenario Management International AG. Kim holds a Master of Science in International Economics and Management from Paderborn University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Studies from the same university. They also have experience studying at University of Ottawa, Tongji University, and Universidad de las Islas Baleares. Their expertise lies in strategic planning and scenario management for companies and organizations.
