Nagel Spanntechnik can be described as a typical Swabian medium-sized company and is a consistently reliable partner to its customers.

Today, the company is in its third generation and boasts more than 65 years of experience in clamping technology and fixture manufacturing.

Technical expertise, a strong commitment to innovation, and a modern machine park enable us to tackle any challenge, both in terms of design and manufacturing.

Our custom-designed clamping devices stand for maximum efficiency, precision, and cost-effectiveness. Maintenance-free systems, quick-change technology, and optimal clamping force design reduce setup times, minimize workpiece deformation, and enable maximum spindle speeds. Every solution is precisely tailored to our customers’ requirements—without compromises resulting from modified standard products.

Our extensive product range includes, among other things, jaw chucks, lever chucks, column chucks, diaphragm chucks, face clamping chucks, mandrels, collet chucks, segment mandrels, hydraulic cylinders, indexing chucks, swing clamps, zero-point clamping systems and chuck switching Systems.

A vertical range of manufacture of nearly 100%—from turning, milling, hardening, surface, cylindrical, and coordinate grinding, wire and die-sinking EDM, to 3-D measurement technology—as well as an extensive inventory of materials, including special alloys, enable tremendous flexibility in meeting customer requirements.

Nagel Spanntechnik’s innovative strength is underscored by the filing of several patents in recent years.
