Jon Germain

Jon Germain has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Jon most recently worked at Nagios as a Channel Account Manager starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Mortgage Loan Originator at U.S. Bank from August 2020 to November 2022. Jon also briefly worked as an Originating Manager at Guaranteed Rate Affinity in June 2020. Before transitioning to the banking industry, Jon worked at MidWestOne Bank as a 2nd VP Mortgage Officer from May 2017 to June 2020. During this time, they also took on the role of Branch Manager from January 2019 to July 2019. Prior to their banking career, Jon worked in the automotive industry, where they held positions such as New Car Sales Manager, Finance Director, and #1 Sales Producer at various dealerships from July 2013 to May 2017. Jon also worked as a Business Manager in the auto industry from March 2011 to May 2013. Additionally, Jon was the owner of MDAC from February 2003 to October 2012. Jon'searlier experience includes roles as a Sales Manager and Business Manager at Larson Auto Center in 2010 and as a Senior Loan Officer at Bank of America from April 2008 to May 2009, and from March 2007 to April 2008. Prior to that, Jon worked as a Senior Loan Officer and Account Executive at Alternative Mortgage Options from February 2001 to May 2007, where they specialized in high-volume mortgage originations and construction loans, with a focus on FHA, VA, and USDA loans.

Jon Germain attended New Richmond from 1976 to 1988, but the degree and field of study are unknown. Jon continued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1989 to 1992, where they studied International Business and Music Performance, although the degree obtained is not specified.
