Klein Elizaveta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Klein is currently working as the Section Head Information Management at Nagra, where they have been since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Nagra as a Project Manager Integrated Risk Management / Project Management Office from April 2018 to May 2021.

Before joining Nagra, Klein Elizaveta worked at MCM McCombie, Chapman, McKinley Consulting in Switzerland. As a Consultant, they focused on environmental remediation and radioactive waste disposal, specifically working on projects related to the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant and the radioactive waste disposal programme in Japan. During their time at MCM, they also supported various projects in the UK, Switzerland, and the EU.

Klein Elizaveta's earlier work experience includes a role as a PhD researcher at ETH Zurich from July 2008 to December 2011, and as a researcher at the Institute of Experimental Mineralogy from September 2007 to May 2008. Klein also worked as a teacher of Mineralogy and crystallography for high-school students at Schooll of Geology, MSU from September 2003 to May 2008. Additionally, they have experience as a geologist at Alrosa Company Limited during June 2006.

Klein Elizaveta's education history includes a PhD in Geology from ETH Zürich, which they pursued from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Geology from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), where they studied from 2003 to 2008.

In December 2018, they obtained the "Risikomanager" certification from SAQ-QUALICON AG, and the "Project Management IPMA Level D" certification from VZPM - Association for the certification for persons in management in April 2018.
