Rodrigo Bermúdez Caro has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Rodrigo worked at NAGRA as a Lead Support Engineer, where they designed and implemented automated test environments using Python and Tensorflow2.0. Rodrigo also debugged middleware bugs and configured network devices for testing OTT services. Lastly, Rodrigo worked as a Technical Service Representative at Nextel, where they resolved technical issues for customers, coordinated improvements in customer service, and trained new staff members.

Rodrigo Bermúdez Caro completed their Engineer's degree in Ingeniería electrónica from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú between 2000 and 2006. Later on, they obtained certifications in various fields. These include being CCNA certified by Cisco Networking Academy (CSCO12006274), completing a Diplomado en Gestión de Proyectos PMI from Dharma consulting, and pursuing additional courses at TECSUP on Linux system administration, virtualization, storage, and Oracle database 11GR2. In terms of additional certifications, Rodrigo obtained the Linux Essentials certification from the Linux Professional Institute (LPI) in September 2021. Rodrigo also acquired the CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials certification from Cisco in November 2021. In 2022, they earned the Containers & Kubernetes Essentials certification from IBM. Furthermore, in 2023, Rodrigo completed the Postman Essential Training course from LinkedIn, obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification accredited by SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, and achieved the [PCAP-31-03] PCAP – Certified Associate in Python Programming certification from the Python Institute.
