Sacha-Daniel Bugnon

Sacha-Daniel Bugnon has extensive work experience in the technology industry, particularly in the field of media and entertainment. Sacha-Daniel is currently working as a Principal Solution Architect at NAGRA since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Nagra USA, Inc. from 2008 to 2020, where they held the positions of Director of Technology and Solution Expert/Architect. In these roles, Sacha-Daniel acted as a technical director, identifying customer needs and developing upsell plans, while also designing and deploying complex CAS systems. Earlier in their career, they worked at Nagravision as an Architect & Project Manager for Pay-TV Systems, and at Lysis SA as an R&D Architect & Team Leader for the iDTV CMS Suite. Sacha-Daniel began their career at Miracle Group Inc., where they worked as a Developer & Project Manager for ERP Accounting.

Sacha-Daniel Bugnon has a diverse education history. From 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Pre-PhD degree in Business Information Systems at the University of Lausanne - UNIL. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they obtained an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Management, General, also from the University of Lausanne - UNIL. Sacha-Daniel Bugnon's academic journey began at HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Energetics from 1990 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, Sacha-Daniel Bugnon has also acquired certifications. In 2023, they obtained a Java certification from HackerRank and a SOLUTION AND SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE CERTIFICATE from TestDome, indicating their proficiency in these areas.
