Gustavo Alves

Gustavo Alves has a diverse work experience in the agricultural sector. Gustavo started their career as a farmer at Fazenda Pedro Pereira in 2012. In 2014, they worked as a Market Developer Consultant at Ihara and then as a Technical Consultant at Marca Agro Mercantil. In 2016, they joined Unica Agronegócios as a Technical Consultant for Agricultural Credit, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, Gustavo founded Nagro, an online credit platform for agribusiness, and served as its CEO.

Gustavo Alves began their education in 2009, enrolling at the Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU. Gustavo pursued a degree in Agronomy and successfully completed their studies in 2014. In 2015, Gustavo Alves continued their education by enrolling at Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" to earn their MBA in Strategic Agribusiness Management. Gustavo completed this program in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Gustavo Alves also participated in two short-term courses in 2016. Gustavo attended Safras e Mercado to study Strategies for Grain Market Commercialization and also took part in the Workshop on Cost Management in Grain Market offered by PECEGE.
