Paulette Neal-Allen

Paulette Neal-Allen has over two decades of experience in software engineering and systems analysis, currently serving the City of Thornton, Colorado since June 1999, where responsibilities include designing, writing, and maintaining software and databases for city departments while assessing end-user needs. Paulette is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Government Web Professionals and has served as an adjunct professor of computer science at Colorado Technical University from 2001 to 2009, developing course materials for university-level instruction. Paulette holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a software engineering emphasis from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Psychology from the University of Denver. Prior experience includes a role as a sales secretary at Ryall from 1994 to 1999.
