Kim Nagy, Associate Broker

Kim began her career in real estate in 1993. Being a long-time Royal Oak resident, she has in-depth knowledge of Oakland County and surrounding areas. In order to keep up to date with current real estate trends, Kim attends professional seminars and is constantly researching the market.

With a solid record of satisfied clients and impressive list of past client referrals, Kim has experience that will make for a smooth transaction and take the stress out of the process. She compliments her personal approach to clients by maximizing the Internet as a marketing and business tool.

Kim’s dedication to providing excellent service to her clients is something that was not done overnight. She listens to the needs of her clients and then responds accordingly. Whether buying or selling, Kim explains each step along the way and handles all the details. Believing that time is of the essence, Kim responds quickly to client communications and market changes. Since there are no “regular business hours” in the world of real estate, Kim makes herself available 24/7.
