Zoie Lin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Zoie is currently a Co-Founder at nahc.io, a boutique headhunting firm that prioritizes personal connections. Prior to this, Zoie worked at Mercer as an Assistant Vice President - Business Development, where they provided health and benefits solutions to clients. Zoie also served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at ConnectedGroup, specializing in procurement, logistics, and supply chain. Before that, they worked at Robert Walters as a Senior Consultant and Recruitment Consultant, achieving exceptional sales results and managing the recruitment process. Zoie's early career includes roles at KD Panels, where they established and led the Hong Kong branch, and at Recruit Express (Taiwan) PTE LTD, where they worked as a Project Coordinator and Recruitment Consultant. Throughout their career, Zoie has demonstrated strong sales, leadership, and recruitment skills, and has a proven track record of achieving targets.

Zoie Lin earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Chengchi University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Employment Ordinance from The Hong Kong Management Association.
