Ahmed Elghattas

Ahmed Elghattas currently serves as the People Development Head at Nahdi Care Clinics since August 2023, following a long tenure at Nahdi Medical Co. where roles included People Development Senior Manager, People Development Regional Manager, and Senior Learning & Development Supervisor. In these positions, Ahmed has been responsible for designing training programs tailored to various employee categories, including pharmacists and Beauty Advisors, and coordinating training needs analyses with functional managers. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University and is pursuing professional development with certifications from ATD and AIHR.
