Andres Mancini has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Andres began their career as a Media Buyer at Direct Holdings Global, where they supported the planning, negotiation, and implementation of marketing campaigns. Andres then joined Premier Enterprises, Inc. as the Regional Director of Operations, where they achieved significant revenue growth by optimizing staffing plans and increasing sales.
Mancini later worked at Public Utilities Reports as the Manager of Account Services, where they successfully turned around a failing region and implemented multi-channel marketing campaigns. Andres then transitioned to Vessence (previously Belmont, Inc.) and took on various roles, including Manager, Account Lead, Director of Brand Strategy, and Vice President of Strategy. In these positions, they led branding and marketing initiatives, managed key accounts, and oversaw the company's go-to-market strategy.
From there, Mancini joined FedBid, Inc. as the Vice President of Marketing Communications, where they established the company's first centralized marketing department and implemented an integrated strategic marketing and communications plan. Andres then worked at CQ Roll Call as the Senior Director of Demand Generation, leading a team responsible for generating leads and supporting sales reps with various marketing tactics.
Mancini continued to advance their career at Washington Speakers Bureau as the Vice President of Marketing, where they led branding, marketing, and funnel analytics efforts. Following this, they joined Pinkston as the Vice President of Brand Design & Creative, contributing to impactful communication strategies.
Most recently, Mancini served as the Vice President of Brand at POOLHOUSE, a full-service creative agency. In this role, they led go-to-market execution, strategic initiatives, and P&L responsibility for a diverse range of client companies.
Currently, Mancini holds the position of Vice President of Brand Strategy and Creative Services at Nahigian Strategies.
Andres Mancini attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing Communications. In 2018, they completed a Senior Management Training program at Babson College, receiving a certificate.
