Nina Chan

Nina Chan is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Nahla Capital since May 2022, Nina has previously held project management positions at CM & Associates Construction Management LLC and Noble Construction Group. A solid foundation in construction management was established as a Junior Project Manager at RYDER CONSTRUCTION and as an Assistant Project Manager at Construction Management & Development, Inc. Significant projects include managing the ground-up development of a 32-unit luxury condo at 500 W 21 St and overseeing the conversion of an industrial building into a 177-unit luxury condo known as The Powerhouse. Nina Chan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College.
