Jeff Ottmar

Jeff Ottmar is an accomplished Investment Sales & Leasing Specialist at NAI Black since January 2024, with extensive experience in corporate real estate and self-storage brokerage. As a self-employed real estate owner and investor since 2007, Jeff has also served as a director of acquisitions at A-1 Self Storage and a senior advisor at Sperry Van Ness. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Washington State University, earned between August 1987 and May 1992.
