Andy Batcheller

Andy Batcheller is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in corporate tenant representation and asset management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at NAI Capital since June 2010, Batcheller specializes in Corporate Tenant Representation. Prior to this role, Batcheller was Managing Director at Novascend Asset Solutions, where responsibilities included developing asset management plans and acting as a court-appointed Receiver. Earlier career highlights include serving as Regional Leasing Manager for The Abbey Company, overseeing leasing and asset performance for 2 million square feet in Orange and San Diego Counties, and as Senior Portfolio Manager at Arden Realty, Inc., managing approximately 2.5 million square feet in Orange County and the Inland Empire. Batcheller holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of California, Irvine, and a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
