Bob Wall

Bob Wall is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as Vice President at NAI Capital since June 2012. As the co-founder of Wall Street Properties, established in 1979, Bob Wall focuses on meeting clients' real estate needs, including investing, buying, selling, leasing, and facilitating tax-deferred IRS 1031 exchanges. Bob Wall also holds the position of Chairman at World Black Belt Inc. since December 1999 and previously served as Chairman at Wall Street Properties until June 2012. Notably, in the earlier stages of a career beginning in 1965, Bob Wall operated Sherman Oaks Karate School, nurturing over 1200 students, and was recognized as the "Top Salesman" in residential real estate at White House Properties from 1976 to 1978, achieving 29 million in closed escrows. Bob Wall's education includes time in the U.S. Army and studies at San José State University.
